RedÕs
8Gb Compact Flash cards can hold approximately 4 minutes of 4K footage. The Red Drives can hold approximately 3
hours of 4K footage. Both can be
downloaded to backup storage drives for editing using Firewire 800 –
direct from the drives, or using the Lexar Compact Flash reader.

The
Panasonic BT-LH1700W is a professional HD field monitor offering calibration,
scopes, and connectivity to the camera via the Element Technica Break Out
Box. It can be mounted to a
tabletop stand, or any light or C-stand with a 5/8Ó head. RedÕs 5.6Ó LCD Screen and EVF
(viewfinder) connect to the camera body using adjustable articulating arms.
Power Supply Included with camera
Red Charger, 3 Red Bricks, DC Power Cable, AC Adapter
Each
battery will power the camera for 2 – 3 hours. The Red can also be powered from a standard AC outlet using
the AC Adapter or DC Power Cable.
15mm Studio Configuration Included with camera
Element Technica 18Ó aluminum rods, 12Ó Arri Dovetail, Arri 15mm Base
Most
shooting situations on the West Coast will be making use of these
accessories. The Dovetail can
replace the quickplate on OÕConnor 1030 heads, or simply attach to the
quickplate of any other fluid head.

Cooke 20-100 is a classic cinema zoom lens. It has a rear gel filter holder, useful for NDÕs or
effects. The Nikon lenses can be
mounted by swapping out the cameraÕs PL mount.

Using
ViewFactorÕs Wireless Follow Focus is just like using a regular follow focus
– the control is stunningly accurate. Please note:
the RedRock Matte Box will cause a vignette on the Cooke 20-100 from 20
to 28mm. This isnÕt a problem if
you expect to crop or are shooting 2K or 3K.
